At the end of the day, all of the top religions and spiritual texts (to name a few: Jesus, Buddha, Law of One, and A Course In Miracles) are all about this one practice expressed in different ways.

When the heart is open… compassion, forgiveness, and love flow naturally (and it can feel like you gained an extra life).

That’s why, in 4DU, we focus on practices that help you activate your heart chakra. When this center awakens, it becomes possible to see every person, even those who challenge you, as worthy of understanding and kindness.

Today, I want to share a 4D University practice that can open your heart and deepen your sense of connection with yourself and those around you.

The Practice: Love Your Neighbor (Heart Chakra Activation)

The heart chakra is the energetic center of love, compassion, and real connection. When we activate this center, we don’t just access self-love—we begin to see the world and everyone in it through a lens of understanding and unity.

Here’s a quick practice you can do right now.

If you can, I highly recommend taking a minute or two to give it a real try.
No matter how busy your day is, this work is truly what we are here for:

1. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
2. Bring to mind someone you love and care about. Picture them standing in front of you.
3. Imagine a warm, gentle light radiating from your heart to theirs.
4. Now, bring to mind someone you find challenging or difficult.
5. Send that same warm light from your heart to theirs, just as you did before.
6. Notice what happens.

Can you feel the shift, even if it’s subtle? That’s your heart expanding. You are transitioning from a state of separation to one of true loving relationship.
