Peace Be With You Reader, These are Jesus's (Yeshua the Nazarene's) words:
“I and the Father are one” (John 10:30), “The Father is in Me and I am in the Father” (John 10:38), and “The Kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21) These statements reveal Jesus' ontological truth (his personal beliefs about the nature of reality). In Jesus’s ontology, Being is not divided. This view aligns closely with panentheism (distinct from pantheism).
Jesus’s relationship with the Father mirrors panentheism.
“That they may all be one, just as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You.” (John 17:21) For Jesus, divine union was not symbolic; it was ontological. In our very first Jesus Way Podcast episode, Seeing God Through Yeshua’s Eyes, we explore this vision of oneness that shaped Jesus’s entire way of seeing and living.
